Vision: Nidagundi is a town located along the National Highway-50, the famous Alamatti Dam area of the Krishna river, just 3 km from Nidagundi in Vijayapur District, Karnataka.

Keeping in view the demand of students for vocational training courses from academic year 1999-2000 Samsthe started Computer Operator and Programming Assistant (COPA) course with the affiliation of Directorate of Employment and Training, Bangalore. Other more popular Trades like FITTER trade started from 2002-03 and ELECTRICIAN from 2005-06 academic year. Now our ITI is imparting training in three trades with 9 units having a capacity of 186 seats.

ITI started under the name of G. K. Computer Education I.T.I from Aug-1999 academic year. The founder chairman of this organization passed away on 12-Jul-2009. Considering his involvement and worship with this ITI samsthe administration decided to change the name of the ITI to S.V. Patil Memorial Pvt. ITI and the name change of ITI has been approved by NCVT New Delhi with effect from Aug-2011.

The institute is a full-fledged institute with modern laboratory equipment, digital classroom with LCD projector, own building, spacious Lab and experienced staff. It has a broad vision in developing this organization to provide services in the field of computer, mechanical and electrician trades. The institute is centrally located with a spacious playground and a suitable building next to the Alamati-Mudebihala main road.

Presently our I.T.I has a Memorandum of understanding (MOU) with International Brand Car manufacture company Toyota Kirloskar Motors Ltd. Bidadi, Bangalore, GTTC (Government Tool room & Training Center), Kudalsangam, Bagalkot District, and many other reputed companies like Sugar Factory, Badagandi, Bagalkot District, Providing 100% placements and On job training facility for our Trainees.
